Randall Offsite Construction Specializes in the integration of completely prefabricated bathroom pods for hotel, dormitory, medical and multi‑family ground‑up construction projects. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Onsrud Router Table Operator / Programmer to join our production team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC router equipment (Onsrud) to produce high‑quality parts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. When not operating the CNC router table, you will join the inventory control team to assist with cycle counts. Essential Functions Set up and operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes Ability to program CNC Onsrud router tables using appropriate CAD/CAM software a plus Desired Qualification Requirements 2+ years of experience operating and programming CNC router tables (Onsrud preferred) Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, EnRoute, AlphaCAM, or similar) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials (wood, plastics, composites, or metals) Experience with G‑code editing and optimization a plus High attention to detail and quality control Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prepare compelling presentations Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats including individually and in group settings Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products, with advanced Excel skills Ability to read, write, and speak English (though bilingual English/Spanish a plus) Physical Requirements This is primarily a shop or field jobsite role. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, respond quickly to sounds, see and react to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
