Florida CEI Area Leader

Position Overview Mead & Hunt is looking for a CEI Area Leader in Florida. This leadership role will shape and focus a Florida division of our CEI team, serving as the face of CEI for the region. The role focuses on operations, strategy, and business development, managing the Florida CEI division and playing a key role in securing new CEI work with FDOT and expanding the division. Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Florida CEI market, building and maintaining client relationships with FDOT and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the division’s revenue and market presence.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring delivery of high‑quality consulting services.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, partnership building, and relationship management.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in the consulting industry. Ideal Candidates Supervisory experience desirable. 12+ years of related experience. Prior experience working on CEI projects in Florida. Experience working with FDOT.
