Litigation Associate

An established law firm is seeking a motivated
Litigation Associate
to join its growing
Employment and Labor
practice. The ideal candidate will have
3-10 years of litigation
experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage complex legal matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
Experience handling employment and labor litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and agency proceedings.
Experience with legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
