About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its global health leadership development institution. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in strategic growth, organizational sustainability, and scaled impact. This role requires a leader who can refine and execute the company's strategy, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, and a strong market position. The CEO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's strategy, driving financial sustainability through a diversified revenue model, and serving as the primary ambassador of the company's brand. They must have a proven track record in fundraising, experience in the global health sector, and a deep appreciation for the role of leadership development in advancing health equity and social impact. Candidates for the CEO position should have at least 15 years of senior leadership experience, with a focus on leading and growing complex, multi-country development organizations. The role demands a leader with exceptional fundraising skills, the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and a commitment to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of strategic leadership, driving organizational growth, and transformation, as well as experience in developing and evolving business models. Strong financial and operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and retain high-performing, diverse teams in a global, distributed environment are essential. The CEO must be an innovative thinker, capable of fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and demonstrate integrity, humility, and a strong sense of accountability.
