E-Commerce Account Associate

At Work Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Associate to join the online sales and marketing team of a growing retail and distribution company in Austin, TX. This position will primarily support Amazon Marketplace operations and will report directly to the E-Commerce Director. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the Amazon Seller Central account while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines

Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings, including variations, merged listings, and product content

Research keywords and optimize listings for SEO, search visibility, and conversion performance

Write and maintain product descriptions, titles, and listing content

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and manage A+ Content and Amazon Storefront modules

Partner with internal teams and third-party advertising partners on Amazon advertising strategies and campaigns

Create and resolve support tickets through Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry

Maintain weekly and monthly sales and performance reports for analysis and review

Assist with campaign performance tracking, product launches, and marketplace growth initiatives

Cross-train on additional e-commerce platforms and provide backup support as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace experience

At least 1 year of direct experience working with Amazon Marketplace/Seller Central

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required

Basic mathematical and analytical skills, including understanding margins, discounts, and profitability

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Shopify and Walmart Marketplace

Experience creating and managing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Storefronts

Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization

Experience supporting Amazon advertising campaigns and performance analytics

Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or rapidly growing business environment

Additional Information

Full-time position

Pay range: $25.00$30.00 per hour DOE

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

This is not a remote position. Candidate must be a current Austin area resident.
