Consumer Care Advocate

To provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers, the contract Consumer Care Advocate will work remotely, managing incoming claims-related inquiries and ensuring efficient customer experiences while processing data and coordinating updates. Key responsibilities Process incoming calls, faxes, and voicemails from claimants and providers, resolving claims-related questions and issues Communicate claims status and activities to clients and appropriate medical contacts, responding to inquiries about jurisdiction and claim-specific issues Enter data into claims systems, ensuring proper documentation and coding of claims files Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred Two years of administrative and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong investigation and organizational skills Virtual Vocations Inc
