Patient Care Advocate

To support a growing call center team, the part-time Patient Care Advocate will manage inbound and outbound communication with patients, assisting with appointment scheduling and medical inquiries in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answers phone calls and emails, serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling Utilizes EHR systems to manage patient information and maintain call center databases Researches and resolves patient issues with minimal supervision while meeting call center performance metrics Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred Two or more years of experience in an inbound call center environment One year of healthcare experience, such as working as a Medical Assistant or similar role Strong telephone soft skills from previous customer service experience Familiarity with the EPIC system is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
