Sr Global Market Development Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration Applications (REMOTE)

Senior Global Market Development Manager leading bioprocessing filtration strategy across key segments including biologics, plasma-derived therapies, and vaccines. Develops go-to-market strategies, customer workflow analysis, and differentiated positioning to drive portfolio adoption and above-market growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global go-to-market strategies and technical content for assigned bioprocessing segments
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows to identify unmet needs, process challenges, and market opportunities
• Translate market insights and competitive data into prioritized customer segments and actionable growth strategies
• Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence to activate strategies across content, digital, events, and channels
• Engage regional commercial teams to ensure market execution and drive customer adoption

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 6 years marketing experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in life sciences industry
• Life sciences, biology, or marketing/business education preferred
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data and metrics
• Strategic thinking with ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Ability to build relationships and lead complex projects in matrix environments
• Executive-level presentation and written/verbal communication skills

Compensation: $132,000–$194,100 base
