Location: Central Pennsylvania (Berks County)

Solid Rock Recruiting is working with a well-established drywall contractor that has built its reputation on high-end residential and commercial work, strong client relationships, and consistent quality .

They are looking for a Service Manager who can take ownership of the service side of the business and ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role where organization, accountability, and follow-through matter.

If you’ve been the person who keeps jobs moving, materials in order, and clients taken care of, this is your lane.

• Oversee day-to-day service operations including warehouse, materials, tools, and jobsite support .
• Manage inventory, track materials, and make sure jobs are properly supplied without delays.
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and jobsite readiness for upcoming work.
• Handle small service jobs, punch work, and warranty repairs , making sure they’re completed right the first time.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, field crews, and clients when service issues come up.
• Keep everything organized, documented, and running efficiently.
• Lead and manage service technicians, drivers, and warehouse personnel.

This is not just a warehouse job and it’s not just field work.

You are the bridge between the office, the field, and the client .

You will have a direct impact on how the company delivers service, maintains its reputation, and keeps projects moving.

• Background in drywall, interiors, or related construction trades.
• Experience managing operations, logistics, warehouse, or service work.
• Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple moving parts.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, builders, and internal teams.
• Comfortable in both the field and office environment.
• A leader who can take ownership and get things done without being micromanaged.
