Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote Location: Quincy, MA and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available) Overview At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs lead the clinical team, creating a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive and make a meaningful, long-term impact for families. Benefits Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738; plus up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus. Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Flexible Hybrid Role: Remote flexibility with telehealth determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client and BT. CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually. Set Scheduling: Predictable work hours. Role and Responsibilities As a BCBA at Cortica, you will: Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment patients. Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. Maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week with flexible targets during shorter weeks. Earn two separate bonus opportunities: a Productivity Bonus for additional billable hours and an ABA Caseload Bonus based on direct service hours billed within the POD. Progress through BCBA levels I–IV, reducing productivity targets to 22 hours at levels III and IV to focus on leadership development. Exercise autonomy over schedule and supervise cases from anywhere, balancing clinical care and administrative responsibilities. Receive administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current Certified Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Valid state driver’s license and willingness to complete a post‑offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
