Language B2+ English level Experience Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in guiding products from concept to launch, including feature prioritization and roadmap creation. 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. A technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies. Requirements Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Solid understanding of business strategy and ability to align product direction with the organization's strategy. Proven ability to develop product and market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles to ensure products meet customer needs. Familiarity with trading concepts, tools, and platforms to align product offerings with market demands. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to improve existing products and develop new ones. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities. Plan and execute product launches, including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. Develop marketing strategies and work with the marketing team to drive demand and adoption. Engage closely with customers to gain insights and understand their needs and feedback. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to position products effectively. Measure product performance and suggest improvements.
