A top law firm in Los Angeles is hiring a Recruiting Assistant to join their team! If you’re highly organized, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career in legal recruiting. In this hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you’ll partner closely with the manager to support all aspects of law student and early-career attorney recruiting, including: Law school outreach and on-campus recruiting Candidate communications and interview coordination Summer Associate Program planning and execution Recruiting analytics, reporting, and applicant tracking Special projects and team support initiatives Firm is looking for candidates who possess 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally within legal or professional services. The right individual will also have a familiarity with LawCruit, FloRecruit, ViDesktop, or similar ATS platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of legal talent while working alongside a collaborative and dynamic team.
