Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

Our mission is to facilitate a powerful professional network along with effective collaboration tools for influencers and brands through Influencer-Led Marketing Campaigns, Influencer Insights & Innovations, and Influencer Advisory Councils. What We’re Looking For: We are currently looking for a professional who is in love with the idea of working with an outstanding team and clients, focused on our tech infrastructure clients. The Account Manager will support full-cycle client campaigns and insights projects. The right person has diverse experience in a variety of industries, including communications/PR, influencer marketing and event planning. To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, be an effective communicator, and be an expert at balancing client needs with creators’ authenticity with proactive solutions. You must be incredibly organized, self-driven, love to think outside of the box, a messaging savant for difficult topics from healthcare to politics to tech, and an exceptional team member. Job Specifications/Qualifications An experienced professional with 2-5+ years of social media, influencer marketing, tech or public health communications, and/or political campaign experience A college degree or certification in a related field (i.e. Business, Communications, Marketing/PR, Political Science) Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking Constantly paying attention to social media trends, and political and tech news. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that connects with diverse audiences, including high-level executives and influencers across multiple genres Able to think of the big picture while being able to execute tasks and projects with exceptional attention to detail Excellent organizational skills A creative who loves to provide input on campaign ideas and proposals An event planner who loves to create photoworthy moments A people person who enjoys talking to creators in person Self-starter -- must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines An AI enthusiast who knows how to use it as a tool, not a replacement Able to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, flexibility, and assume high accountability for all areas of responsibility A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and support as needed Bonus Points A dope sense of humor A calming presence that also can stand their own Experience vetting and negotiating with social media influencers is a plus Experience in politics, tech communications, or crisis PR Experience in event planning Knowledge and experience with AI tools Duties & Responsibilities Work with senior management and executives to develop messaging ideas and inspiration for influencers Research and become an expert in candidates, issues, and messaging for each potential/active project Own creation and quality of project creative briefs to ensure campaign guidelines are effectively communicated with influencers Identify influencers, negotiate rates, and coordinate campaign details with participating influencers to meet the campaign/brand objectives Responsible for the quality control of campaign/program deliverables and ensuring KPIs are met on time and on budget Help manage project budgets including influencer payments and boosting Plan and attend influencer gatherings and events Understand risk mitigation and when to bring concerns to leadership Track, deliver, and present campaign/insights metrics Help report internally campaign key learnings and best ways to improve processes/projects for the future Assist with other miscellaneous tasks that support X OMAD as needed Why It’s Awesome Hands on learning by actually running and participating in projects starting your first day.
