Are you a dedicated housekeeping professional with a strong eye for detail and proven leadership skills? We are seeking a reliable and energetic Housekeeping Head to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express in Topeka North.

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms, laundry operations, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.

Conduct thorough room inspections to guarantee quality before guest arrival.

Oversee laundry operations to maintain a steady supply of clean linens.

Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and common areas.

Qualifications :

* Over three years of consistent housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment.

* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.

* Bilingual in Spanish and English is considered beneficial.
