Financial Analyst II, Marketing Finance

Serve as the central hub for the planning and review cycles by leading the consolidation and synthesis of annual plans, long-range financial plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Act as the central program manager for critical initiatives and Objective and Key Results (OKR) tracking, maintaining the central tracker for leadership and ensuring visibility into milestones, dependencies, and team progress across Knowledge and Information Marketing Finance.Oversee and manage budget operations across the Knowledge & Information (K&I) portfolio, including the review and approval of purchase orders (POs) and running accurate, timely monthly financial forecasting cycles.Lead the consolidation and coordination of central finance workflows, driving consistency, data integrity, and operational clarity across the broader organization.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.Preferred qualifications:Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency, and a willingness to support the team's forward-looking AI initiatives and strategic project portfolios.Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision-making with numerical analysis and generating insights.Ability to take ownership, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions.
