Job Description & Requirements Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) Start Date: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient, clinic and hospital settings Type of cases and required procedures: General cardiology cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support) Licensure required: Active state license and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) required, Board Certified (BC) Facility Location The largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
