Position: Director of Facilities
Location: Alamosa, CO (Relocation to rural area required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$140,000/year
Bonus: Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance available
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in acute care hospital facilities (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler systems, life safety, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CMS, EVS, and plant operations.
- Active state license (if applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services (EVS), and Grounds.
- Supervise approximately 45 FTEs .
- Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage contractors, department budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety/regulatory standards.
