Position: Director of Facilities
Location: Alamosa, CO (Relocation to rural area required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$140,000/year
Bonus: Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance available

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in acute care hospital facilities (required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler systems, life safety, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CMS, EVS, and plant operations.
• Active state license (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services (EVS), and Grounds.
• Supervise approximately 45 FTEs .
• Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractors, department budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety/regulatory standards.

Note: Candidates must have acute care hospital facility management experience and be willing to relocate to Alamosa, Colorado.
