Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience working with early childhood, EI, or pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary evaluation team
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for young learners
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and family-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, therapy, and consultative SLP services for early childhood students
• Travel between locations as part of an itinerant caseload supporting multiple sites
• Participate in the multidisciplinary evaluation process with the EI team
• Develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and contribute to progress reviews
• Provide families with guidance, support, and resources to aid speech and language development
• Maintain timely records in compliance with state and program guidelines
