Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work closely with an accomplished evaluation team, supporting young learners within an Early Intervention (EI) program. This itinerant position focuses on delivering occupational therapy services to a diverse early childhood caseload in the greater Lebanon, OR area, beginning in August 2026 for the 2026-27 school year.

Your experience with school-based OT practices will help provide critical services to children and families at an important developmental stage. The role offers significant backing from a dedicated EI Team, ensuring you have the resources and encouragement to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current Oregon licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school-based OT, specifically with early childhood or Early Intervention populations
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Ability to function flexibly as an itinerant therapist across multiple locations
• Collaborative mindset to work well within a multidisciplinary evaluation team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to early childhood students
• Participate in the evaluation process and collaborate to develop student-centered goals
• Provide direct and consultative services within classrooms, homes, and community settings
• Work closely with families, teachers, and colleagues to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance in accordance with program standards
• Travel between sites as needed, supported by the EI Team
