Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing various mood disorders, evaluating the intensity and duration of their symptoms.

• Develop customized treatment plans in partnership with clients, integrating their unique preferences, goals, and therapeutic aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making proactive adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
