Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings Make recommendations and upsell food and drinks when appropriate Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and service areas Follow all Green Gables service standards and policies Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Sales ability and confidence in making recommendations Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure Basic math and cash handling skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to learn menu details quickly Benefits Hourly wage + tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on food and beverages Opportunities for advancement (bartending, leadership roles) Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and development #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
