Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Hours: 0800-0800
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient scheduling includes 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits

Location Highlights

Castle Rock offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and Front Range city amenities. Philip S. Miller Park features trails, an incline challenge course, and an adventure playground, while Castlewood Canyon State Park is about 20 miles away for hiking and scenic canyon views.
