You will be responsible for evolving the quality content model and common standards based on industry regulations and practices. Manages and oversees the QualityDocs specific partnerships for greater customer and product ecosystem success. Works in a cross functional manner spanning product, strategy, sales, and services as a subject matter expert and represents the voice of the customer. The role requires a deep understanding of the global quality life sciences document management space.Opportunities are available across the United States for this role; this is a remote position. There is no work location requirement if a candidate is in close proximity to an airport and able to meet travel requirements. Qualified U.S.-based candidates are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoLeads industry working groups and alliances to influence global standards, ensuring QualityDocs maintains its position as the market-defining solutionOwn and evolve the quality content model and common standards, translating regulatory shifts into actionable product requirementsBe a thought leader that identifies “friction points” where harmonization is lacking; develop the value messaging and strategic plan to lead customers through these transitionsTakes ownership of key technology and AI partnerships that are critical to the QualityDocs ecosystem and integration successWorks cross functionally with product, strategy, services to contribute to the future direction and vision of QualityDocsPartner with post implementation teams and business consulting for internal enablement on the “Greater Why” of compliance and industry best practicesRequirements2+ years in customer facing roles (i.e. sales, consulting, solution consulting, etc.)5+ years of experience working directly with document management systems supporting Quality and GxP business areasProficiency in document management, product development lifecycle, and proposing solutions to common adoption challengesExperience representing organizational data integrity practices and document management to external regulators and inspectorsAbility to facilitate strategic sessions collaborating with industry peers to distill and influence key objectives and innovationAbility to hold meaningful conversations with Quality and IT personnel of various different organizational sizesAbility to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 20%Nice to HaveExperienced with developing business cases for changeIndustry experience with GMP quality content, training management, quality systems processes, manufacturing, or QCInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
