What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Gimme's, you'll be at the heart of the action. You'll prep, cook, and plate dishes that keep our guests coming back-whether they're here to eat, drink, or tee off on one of our indoor golf simulators.

Your day-to-day includes:

Cooking a wide range of menu items to spec using ovens, grills, fryers, and more
Following recipes and portioning standards with precision
Executing plate presentation and garnish standards for every dish
Upholding food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Communicating with FOH staff to deliver timely, consistent orders
Assisting with kitchen opening/closing procedures and dish station as needed
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space

You're passionate, reliable, and ready to bring your A-game every shift. You work well under pressure, stay organized, and take pride in delivering high-quality food in a team-oriented environment.

Key qualifications:

Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
Solid knowledge of food prep, broiling, grilling, sautéing, and plating
Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines consistently
Strong attention to detail and time management
A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and kitchen excellence
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
