Prevention Case Manager - Harm Reduction & Outreach

BAMSI, Inc. is seeking a Prevention Case Manager in Brockton, MA to provide case management, outreach, prevention education, and harm reduction services for individuals with substance use disorders or at risk for HIV, HCV, STI, and opioid overdose.
