Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline? Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available. PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching. A dedicated division support team handles processing and fulfillment, so you aren't the one fixing files. Products to win more deals. What you'll do Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network. Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day. Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L. You're a fit if you Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record. Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
