A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration Join our established team of 20 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs) at AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway. Qualifications Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. We proudly sponsor H1B & J1 visa candidates and provide in‑house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound. Scheduling Flexible scheduling options, including nocturnist shifts, are available to support work‑life balance, with teammates providing collaborative coverage when needed. We value flexibility, allowing you to spend time outdoors or with your family while fulfilling your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage complex cases with the support of a dedicated team. ICU is closed. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management every morning to discuss patient care plans.
