Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with OB in Modesto, CA. Position details include a starting base salary of $300,000, a two-year salary guarantee, a sign-on bonus and loan options, and the requirement to serve as faculty for a recently accredited FM residency program. The RVU based compensation model starts in year 2, and the EHR is Epic. The group is stable and growing.

Qualifications

Qualifications of the core faculty member include having and maintaining current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine, demonstrating a strong interest in the education of residents, devoting sufficient time to the residency program to fulfill supervisory and teaching responsibilities, pursuing faculty development at least annually to enhance skills in education, quality improvement and patient safety, physician well-being, and patient care, maintaining a working knowledge of the most up-to-date program specific requirements, including current licensure and appropriate medical staff appointment, including ongoing clinical activity, demonstrating ongoing academic achievements in the specialty, being licensed to practice medicine in the state of California, and having faculty experience, leadership, organizational, and administrative qualifications preferred.
