Readiness & Enablement Consultant

DescriptionKforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Readiness & Enablement Consultant.Duties:* Support development of the Data Collection Adoption Playbook for pilot readiness and future scale planning* Develop and refine awareness, training, reinforcement, site manager guidance, field user support path, and escalation path content* Review available enablement materials, training materials, communications, FAQs, tool guidance, job aids, and support process materials to identify practical gaps and refinement opportunities* Support stakeholder mapping and role-impact identification to clarify which user groups are impacted and what readiness support they may need* Support development of practical readiness checklists or readiness inputs to help identify communication, training, support, and adoption needs before broader rollout* Create or refine field-friendly communications, FAQs, manager talking points, field briefing materials, and knowledge hub content* Support the communication plan, stakeholder messaging, and feedback loops related to pilot readiness and adoption enablement* Participate in stakeholder/SME interviews and agreed working sessions to document readiness, communication, training, support, and adoption considerations* Provide input into the People-Side System Change Readiness Input deliverable based on working-session participation and stakeholder input* Partner with the Field/Site Readiness Consultant to incorporate field observations, user questions, site-level barriers, and support needs into playbook content* Support the Issue Handling and Reporting Approach by identifying how users should raise questions, where issues should be routed, and what support paths may be needed* Support Phase 2 planning by identifying enablement needs, communication needs, reinforcement needs, and support considerations for broader deployment scaleRequirements* 6-10 years overall experience, with 4+ years in change enablement, training, communications, business readiness, technology adoption, or rollout support* Experience creating or improving playbooks, job aids, communications, training support materials, user guidance, FAQs, readiness checklists, or field briefing materials* Ability to create simple, field-friendly content, not just polished corporate presentations* Experience with stakeholder mapping, role impact assessment, training plans, communications, FAQs, manager talking points, and knowledge materials* Ability to translate technical or process changes into clear user-facing guidance for non-technical or operational audiences* Experience participating in stakeholder interviews, workshops, or working sessions and converting input into practical readiness recommendations* Understanding of adoption risks, user support paths, escalation needs, reinforcement, and change saturation considerations* Ability to support field, Engineering, IT, analytics, operations, and business stakeholder groups* Strong writing, synthesis, and PowerPoint/Word documentation skills* Ability to work in an environment where documentation, site details, stakeholder inputs, and workplan details may be refined during kickoff and early discovery* Ability to work collaboratively with a delivery lead, analyst, field consultant, client stakeholders, and technical teamsJob TypeContractCompensation95 - $105
