Overhead Crane OperatorSouderton, PA $25.00 per Hour First Shift | 4-Day Work Week Tuesday-Friday 6:30 AM Start | 10-Hour ShiftsJob Responsibilities for Overhead Crane Operator:Safely operate overhead bridge cranes to transport precast concrete products and materialsMove concrete forms, reinforcing steel, embedded materials, and finished products throughout the facilityInspect rigging, chains, slings, hooks, and crane components before useFollow proper lifting and rigging procedures to ensure safe load handlingWork closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to support daily operationsAssist with loading and staging products for shipmentConduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concernsMaintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA standardsKeep work areas organized and free of safety hazardsQualifications for Overhead Crane Operator:Previous overhead crane operating experience preferredExperience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction, steel fabrication, or heavy industrial environments is a plusFamiliarity with rigging, lifting procedures, and load control techniquesStrong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work in an industrial manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties as neededAbility to follow work instructions and communicate effectively with team members
