What you'll do Act as the finance partner to one of the Atoms business units, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management. Work closely with business leaders and the CFO, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform growth, drive efficiency, and guide capital allocation. Manage budgeting and long-range planning, build and own best-in-class financial models, and evaluate critical initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure. You’ll track performance against KPIs, identify the underlying drivers of variance, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of your business unit. Partner closely with operations, product, and go-to-market teams, you’ll guide decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization, ensuring capital is deployed with discipline and aligned to the company’s highest-impact priorities.
