Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our compassionate team. As the ADON, you will play a critical role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the nursing department to ensure quality care and compliance with all regulations
- Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
- Ensure resident assessments, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately and timely
- Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care needs
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident care
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care
