Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting account growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts with a high level of professionalism
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently and proactively
- Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting
