Healthcare industry experience is not an absolute prerequisite if the candidate has strong development skills on Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB), EPIC Radar Dashboard, EPIC Cogito Suite, and SQL skills. However, because the role interacts with clinical stakeholders and develops healthcare reporting solutions, prior healthcare/Epic domain experience is highly preferred and will significantly reduce onboarding time and improve delivery effectiveness.

High Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities & Skills: o Design, develop, test, and enhance Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB) reports and Radar dashboards. o Develop Cogito-based operational and analytical reporting solutions. o Work with Epic Clarity and SQL for retrospective and data-driven reporting needs. o Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions. o Perform data validation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. o Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements across multiple regions and programs. o Strong experience with Epic Cogito, RWB, Radar, Clarity, and SQL; relevant Epic certification/accreditation preferred. * Do you authorize the disclosure of the client's name to the suppliers?
