Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care based on individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, offering support with early detection and intervention.
• Administer high-frequency ventilation, oxygen delivery, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care delivery.
• Float between units and manage patients under the age of 2 in pediatric units when necessary.
• Utilize Epic charting system for comprehensive documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NICU RN.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Experience with patient management, including arterial line management and IV vasopressors.
• Proficiency with Epic or similar charting systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and vary schedules as needed.
