Title
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/IMCU

Schedule
Nights, 3 x 12 (19:00-07:00)
Every other weekend required

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting
- Step-down/telemetry experience required
- Experience with telemetry/dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Epic charting experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to adult patients requiring telemetry and pulse-ox monitoring.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including titratable IV infusions.
- Perform patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
- Participate in rapid response situations and serve on code teams as required.
- Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and infection control measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record patient responses to treatments.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Must have NY RN license in hand to submit.
- Candidates with more than 10 days of requested time off may not be submitted.
- Background checks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
