Construction Manager

About the Role

Aerial Precast Concrete is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Office Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments, with primary responsibility for managing yard operations and logistics.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between the office, yard, and field teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced precast/construction environment. Strong blueprint reading skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the office and construction yard
• Coordinate workflow between field crews, project managers, dispatch, and procurement
• Manage yard operations including inventory, equipment, and material staging
• Ensure precast materials and supplies are organized and ready for delivery/job sites
• Read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings, and blueprints
• Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and job site logistics
• Maintain accurate records for materials, jobs, and internal documentation
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Support operational efficiency across all departments
• Help enforce safety, organization, and yard standards

Requirements

• Experience in construction operations, office management, or yard supervision
• Must be able to read and interpret construction plans/shop drawings (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience coordinating teams in a construction or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on role
• Proficient with basic office systems (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

• Precast concrete, construction materials, or structural components experience
• Inventory control, logistics, or dispatch coordination
• Background in construction production or fabrication environments
