Electrical Assistant Project Manager

Electrical Assistant Project Manager Pay range: $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in the management of projects from start-up to closeout under the direction of a Project Manager. Work with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers regarding assigned schedules, project progress, inventory, and material deliveries to ensure attainment of project objectives, schedule completion, and timely deliveries. Analyze blueprints/specifications and review proposals/project requirements. Review and prepare shop drawings/submittals. Coordinate material procurement, ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal/state laws, provide status updates, and maintain documentation records. Qualifications 3 years of work experience in construction and cost management. Experience or education preparing take-offs and estimates. Knowledge of various aspects of construction (labor, materials, equipment, methods, etc.) and an understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills and the ability to learn customized computer software.
