This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a well-established general contractor while gaining exposure to multiple project types. Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong footprint across South Florida. They are known for delivering high-quality restaurant, retail, and office space projects for repeat clients and national brands, offering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for their project teams. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Description Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day management of commercial construction projects. Support preconstruction activities including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement. Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams to maintain schedules and quality standards. Attend project meetings and help communicate progress, issues, and solutions. Monitor project costs and assist with buyout, billing, and closeout activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Profile 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically within restaurant, retail, or office space projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus.
