You'll spend your days building real relationships with the people who hand out that recommendation — plumbers, adjusters, realtors, property managers. It's not glamorous. It's coffees, drop-bys, and following up after everyone else has given up. But land a handful of the right relationships and you'll see what they're worth fast: one good property management account can mean a dozen jobs a year. What the job actually looks like: You're out of the office most days, in front of people, not hiding behind email You track down the plumbers, adjusters, and property managers worth knowing, and you keep showing up until they remember your name You turn those relationships into booked jobs for our crews You follow up when everyone else quits — most of this business is won on the fifth or sixth try You always know who you talked to and what's next, because a dropped lead is money left on the table. This is for you if: You'd rather be out talking to people than parked at a desk You don't take "no" personally — you hear "not yet" You're organized enough to never let a good lead go cold You want your paycheck to reflect how hard you actually work The money: There's a base so you're covered while you build, and the commission is uncapped.
