Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position with a focus on customer service and product sales. Requisition Number: 229406 Our Route Service Representatives Enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek No nights or weekends for most positions Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities Include Act as the face of Cintas for customers, building rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Requirements Active driver’s license At least 21 years of age DOT medical certification (for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.)
