Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean (4 Day Workweek)

Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment. Drive a customized company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts. Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro‑actively problem‑solving. Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle. Build rapport with customers through consistent, high‑quality service. Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT regulations, candidates must, prior to their first day of employment,: Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding prior employment. Additional Qualifications The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high‑school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team environment to meet goals. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
