Job Summary

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and report patient conditions to healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
