Apartment Maintenance Technician

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-established multifamily community in Oldsmar, FL. If you have strong hands-on maintenance experience, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
Complete daily work orders and resident service requests efficiently and professionally
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and carpentry
Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems when applicable
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
Work closely with office staff and maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
✔ Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
✔ HVAC certification is a PLUS
✔ Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
✔ Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
✔ Reliable transportation REQUIRED
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
