RoyalAire Mechanical Services has immediate openings for experienced and motivated Service Technicians to maintain and service COMMERCIAL HVAC systems in the Greater Tampa Bay area!

What You'll Do:

• Utilizing your strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnosing causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units, dehumidification units and ventilation.
• Performing repairs, overhauls and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications
• Documents work-orders digitally using Company provided tablet
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, gathering material and coordinating on-site work with customer and dispatcher

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience preferred
• EPA certification
• Communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Must be able to work independently and without supervision
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
