Commercial Plumber Opportunity

RoyalAire Mechanical Services has immediate opening for experienced and motivated Commercial Plumbers in the Greater Tampa Bay area! Established originally in 1987, RoyalAire is a full-service mechanical contractor with sheet metal, piping, plumbing, and service capabilities. RoyalAire excels in commercial, institutional, industrial, mechanical, and plumbing applications. We provide full-service design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

What You Will Be Doing:

• The advancement of our industry, brand, and reputation is being driven by our Pipefitters. As a Commercial Pipefitter, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Plan piping system installation or repair, including cutting, threading, and bending
• Lay-out, assemble, install, maintain, and repair many different types of pipe systems
• Measuring, cuts, threads, and bends pipe using hand power tools or machines.
• Cuts openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings using hand and power tools.
• Mounting hangers and brackets as required
• Installing valves, coupling, and other fittings
• Maintaining a safe and orderly job site and functions

What You Need For This Position:

• Must be in the Greater Tampa area
• Graduation from high school, vocational school, or training equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience in pipefitting work
• Must know how to fit carbon steel, utilize a cutting torch, sweat copper, and must have basic knowledge of reading prints
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
