Location: Chicago, Illinois Salary Range: $63,500 - $124,000 How You’ll Make An Impact Responsible for day-to-day account management, building, expanding, and solidifying relationships at all levels to address client needs. Drive growth for both existing and new clients. Perform strategic assessment, negotiate risk transfer/risk financing products, and facilitate and review submissions in the markets for clients. Develop emerging relationships with economic buyers for small to medium size accounts, managing medium to large books of business. About You Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience required; license required. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
