Recruiter

Kforce has a client in Sandy Springs, GA seeking a hybrid Recruiter to join their team, during a period of significant organizational growth and transformation. This individual will support a high volume of hiring across the enterprise, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Summary: This is a full-cycle recruiting role with responsibility for sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate management across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable recruiting both technical and non-technical talent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and present qualified talent to hiring teams
• Coordinate and manage interviews throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring timely communication and follow-up
• Support recruiting efforts across a broad range of functions, including technology, corporate, business, operations, and franchise-related positions
• Manage an active requisition load of approximately 15+ openings simultaneously
• 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and levels
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Technical recruiting experience is welcomed and transferable to this role
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates independently
• Experience with ATS platforms such as ADP, Workday, or similar systems is preferred
