• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to coordinate activities on site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on equipment operation.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
• Valid driver's license.
