Bristol Myers Squibb seeks 2027 graduates for a 2.5-year rotational Procurement Leadership Development Program based in central New Jersey. Participants rotate through sourcing, procurement operations, and category strategy while building skills in supply chain management and biopharma operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify supplier capabilities, industry dynamics, and emerging trends
- Execute category strategy activities and perform total cost of ownership analysis to support sourcing decisions
- Apply data analytics to generate actionable procurement insights and support business negotiations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks while managing day-to-day supply chain issues
- Collaborate across Finance, Business Development, R&D, and other departments on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- Currently enrolled, pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or Life Sciences; graduating Spring 2027
- Minimum 3.3 GPA; intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
- Internship or relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, business, finance, or life sciences
- Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences
- Leadership demonstrated in academic, extracurricular, or professional contexts
- Data analysis and visualization skills; strategic thinking and project management capability
- Problem-solving mindset, motivation, professionalism, and compliance commitment
